As a Co-Founder & Director of Arpan, Pooja is focused on making Arpan a wonderful place to work for its employees and ensures that Arpan is creating an environment that inspires talent about achieving Arpan’s mission.

She has done her MBA- Marketing from BIT Mesra, Ranchi. and has executive experience of over 20 Years. An early age entrepreneur, Pooja established the company in 2011 intending to introduce advanced services and technology solutions in the market in association with global IT leaders.

Pooja is a strategic thinker with an analytical bent of mind and has strong execution skills. She is a multitasker who can handle many facets of the organization like Human Resources, administration, and operations.

Also, she possesses strong communication skills and people management abilities that add a high level of energy, dedication, and integrity to her profile.

Pooja is also a social worker and Motivational Leader. She is passionate about people and culture.

Sanjay Singh is the Director Sales of Arpan Infrasolution Pvt Ltd., responsible for shaping Arpan’s business strategies to drive profitable growth. He has been instrumental in Arpan’s growth story and plays a vital role in bridging the right mix of technology and solution that enable customer satisfaction.

  Before joining Arpan, he has worked across multiple functions, job roles, and product lines while focusing on Technology Solutions & Technology Distribution of Hardware, Software, and Cloud Services.

Also, he had worked extensively with some of the prominent organizations in different sectors and verticals of the Industry. He is closely working within starting a career with a big System Integrators (SI) like TCS, Wipro, Accenture, PWC, Lnt, HCL, and NIIT.

He is a hands-on professional with a keen eye on global best practices, ensuring a smooth operation of the company’s businesses. He is an IIM Lucknow alumni and B.E in Computer Science and Engineering from Marathwada University.

A Telecom professional with more than 20 years of experience, Mr. Prashant Kumar has worked across geographies as Head Planning & Project Management He was also associated with Nokia & Ericsson for Indian & Overseas assignments in Technology & Business Development roles. He has a rich experience in Program & Project management ,Business Transformation, Supply Chain Management, Turnkey Projects, Manpower Outsourcing and Business Development, Mobility Technologies 2G, 3G & 4G extensively in RF, MW, Transmission domains. He has been responsible for many successful launches of Mobile services.

Mahendra Gupta is AGM Tech at Arpan Infrasolution, He is Computer Science Graduate and MBA-IT. He has 17+ Years of Extensive Experience in IT Infrastructure, Networking, Communication, GIS, ISP, Cloud, AI, ML, & IoT. Good knowledge of the Information and Cyber Security domain.

He has closely worked for various Central Government/State Government clients in India on Marquee Government IT Projects. Worked with organizations i.e. Vayamtech, Mastek, TCS, HCL, PWC, TCL, and Mobineers. have working experience of both roles – PMO & SI. Worked with OEM i.e. HP, Nutanix, Array, Microfocus, Fortinet, Quest, Checkpoint, Liferay, Avaya, and Newgen.

He has worked in domain i.e. Consulting, Implementation, and Operations & Maintenance.

Ashwini Kumar has served as a Corporate Advisor and has more than 20 years of experience in the IT & Event Industry in the US Market.

He is the man entrusted to keep a close eye on the ever-changing dynamics of the global technology industry and make available such solutions affordably and quickly to our customers and stakeholders.

He has done B.E(ETC) Engineering graduate from Marathwada University. Ashwini has an amazing track record of representing and building successful models for startups, new organizations setting base, building a sales organization, and successfully managing the overall business to achieve company goals and objectives.

He is currently looking after our US operations.

Puneet has a multidisciplinary personality of being an Enabler-Intraprenure – Influencer- Uniter- Mentor…. With over a decade of experience in corporate sector, Puneet is tasked with a handful of unique challenges and opportunities in sectors including Climate Change, Sustainability, Energy efficiency, Wellness, Green buildings & infrastructure, Transportation etc.. Puneet has been a key player in establishing U S Green Building Council’s (USGBC) business operations in India and South Asia, promoting sustainability instruments such as LEED, TRUE, WELL, EDGE, Parksmart, etc…

Some of the organization served includes USGBC, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), ZECO Aircon, DRDO, Bureau of Energy Efficiency, NitiAayog, L&T, International Well Building Institute (IWBI), Eden Technologies etc… in various capacities. Puneet has been a business development and transformation person for most of his past roles and had lead various programs and missions in corporate sector.

Puneet has earned a dual master’s degree in management from Indian Institute of Management – Lucknow and technology from University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun. LEED GA, IGBC AP, Parksmart Advisor, TRUE Zero Waste advisor are some of the professional certificates earned over the past few years. He is a member of International Well Building Institute’s Task Force on COVID 19, helping industry to define the role of built environment in prevention, preparedness, resilience and recovery. Puneet is mentoring several NGO's and start-up's in the advisory capacity and is associate with several international organizations in various expert groups and committees.

Native of New Delhi, has extensively travelled across the world to speak at various national and international conferences promoting & persuading concepts of green and sustainability.
